On October 25th at the MUSC Wellness Center, the MUSC “Gives Back” Student Volunteering Program and the Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic hosted the 16th Annual Sugar-free Fall Festival for children with diabetes. About 30 organizations from the six different colleges at MUSC collaborated to make Halloween special for those kids by sponsoring booths with games and prizes. This year MUSC ASDA hosted a fishing-for-candy (sugar-free of course!) booth. It was fun to watch the kids, dressed in their Halloween best, enjoying unique games and candy they could actually eat without feeling guilty. Here are some pictures for your enjoyment!
