Dear South Carolina ASDA Vendor Partner,
Our ASDA Executive Committee has been planning tirelessly for all of the events we plan to host during the 2022-2023 school year. We are excited to share with you everything we have planned and inform you of various sponsorship opportunities that will exist throughout the year.
We are always eager to have companies host lunch and learns for our students. This is such a great way for vendors to interact with students and to reach a very large audience. The cost to host a lunch and learn remains $700 for the D1 class and $600 for D2, D3, and D4. These can be set up by emailing Emma Barnett at barnettem@musc.edu or Ruhi Patel at patelruh@musc.edu.
Our annual vendor fair will be held in February of 2023 and attendance for students is mandatory. This event is always well received, and we work each year to provide the best experience for our participating vendors. The fee to participate in Vendor Fair remains $795.
In addition, our chapter hosts yearly golf tournaments in the fall and spring each year and we are always looking for sponsors for these events. Prophy Cup will be held around October and our annual Alumni Golf Tournament will be hosted this Spring during MUSC Alumni Weekend. There are 3 levels of sponsorships: $250 to sponsor a hole (a sign with your logo will be placed at the hole), $500 to sponsor 2 holes, or $1,000 to sponsor 4 holes and this level includes a complimentary entry for a 4 person team.
Wellness Week is a new event for our school this year, and we are currently seeking a vendor to sponsor either a lunch and learn event or an evening wellness social.
We also have planned an exciting new evening social event during our annual Advocacy Week. We are currently looking for a few sponsors to support this event. Signage will be provided at the event with the sponsor’s information and logo.
Lastly, our biggest event of the year, Senior Banquet, will fall on April 21, 2023. This event is hosted by our ASDA chapter and is a celebration for our senior students. We sell around 300 tickets each year to students, dates, faculty, and staff and it is truly an incredible night of celebration. This is an incredibly expensive event to host due to how well attended it is, and we are so appreciative for sponsorships. Complimentary tickets are available to sponsors in different packages.
